Restorative Yoga (Randolph)
Restorative Yoga poses to relieve the effects of chronic stress. It moves the spine all directions, forward bends, back bends and twist. Stimulates and soothes the organs. Spine poses held for 3-10 minutes which allow gravity to open you more then if you were seated or standing. Use your finest instruments, the body, breath and mind. Also included, in class meditation, sound therapy, warmup, restorative poses and mudras.
